Any reference to “Webglue” in these Terms includes our affiliates and any products or services we may launch in the future.

Guarantees & eligibility

Certain Services come with written performance guarantees. Such guarantees apply only to businesses that have run profitable digital‑marketing campaigns for at least the previous six (6) months and meet any additional criteria set out in the relevant Service Agreement. When you book a consultation, download a resource or otherwise register via the Website you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. You agree to indemnify and hold Webglue harmless from any claim, demand, loss or damage (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

 

Severability & waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any right or provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such right or any other provision.

 

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website or Services.

As an alternative, we may mutually agree in writing to refer any dispute to arbitration under the rules of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, conducted in Bucharest in the English language by a single arbitrator.
